About The Good Business Practice

The Good Business Practice is shaped by years of conversations, questions, and lived experience. It is a response to the complexity that organisations are trying to navigate today.

Why This Practice Exists

Across the UK, leaders are facing increasingly complex expectations, fragmented systems, inconsistent behaviour and increasing ethical challenges. Many are trying to hold everything together while navigating AI disruption, cultural drift and reputational risk.

Good Business Practice exists to support organisations through, putting people at the centre to focus on better future outcomes for all.

Our Founder

My work has taken me into some of the UK’s largest corporates, small and mid-sized businesses, charities, and public sector organisations, supporting leaders and teams on values, behaviour, and culture.

Across these places, I’ve seen how much organisations want intention, humanity and integrity in how they work. And I’ve seen how culture is shaped not only inside organisations, but in the way people experience them from the outside.

The Good Business Practice is emerging from that experience, and from the belief that good business is built through everyday actions that shape, trust, belonging, and build better outcomes.
